This study examines the effects of self-efficacy and locus of control on teacher performance, with organizational culture as a proposed mediating variable at Buddhist Manjusri School, Pematang Siantar. Using a quantitative approach, data were analyzed through multiple regression and mediation testing involving 45 teachers. The results indicate that self-efficacy was positively and significantly associated with teacher performance (β = 0.455, p = 0.009) and organizational culture (β = 0.476, p = 0.002). Locus of control was also positively associated with organizational culture (β = 0.438, p = 0.004), but its association with teacher performance was not statistically significant (p = 0.192). Organizational culture did not show a significant independent association with teacher performance in the full model (p = 0.123). Furthermore, preliminary Sobel tests did not support significant mediating effects of organizational culture. The findings highlight the importance of self-efficacy in understanding teacher performance, while further research is needed to clarify the roles of locus of control and organizational culture
